We’re committed to crafting high-quality handmade leather goods. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

1.(Cooling Off Period) If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after it was delivered. Goods for the value of £42 or less, are excluded, but we will accept returns, subject to a 10% Re-Stoking Fee

2. (Non-Custom Items): You can return non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

3. (Custom Orders): Custom and personalized items (Including Gift Cards) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. (Additional non-returnable items):

Goods on SALE where the discount is due to a damage, or imperfection on the item, and customer is aware of such issue before the purchase.

5. (Return Shipping):

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your returned item.

6. (Refund Process): Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

7. (Damaged or Defective Items): If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace it or offer a full refund.
